This step, conceptual visualization, will visualize the areas into hand-drawn

and colored visualizations or high quality visualizations (renders).

Based on your preference and our experience with designing and theming

unique and original entertainment en edutainment projects our designers

will develop views on your project, supplying a good idea of the

atmosphere, decoration, element details and so on.

The level of detail and the quality of this visualization is very high: even

lighting and smaller items in your project are visualized and

designed/themed according to the selected theming/zoning preference.

We also strive to make the resemblance between these visualizations and

the resulting project is as high as possible

Next to that asr designs a mascot/character or logo for the project which

is suitable and adapted to the style of the FEC.

The detailed design phase consist out of the creation of all necessary plans

in order to make it possible to execute the entertainment project and all

items involved. It consist out of several steps:

– Detailed masterplan creation

– Complete detailed design

– General detailed design theming works

– Attraction & rides theming and integration

– Sound & Light Design

– Delivery of the total package to the client

Flooring: Indicates areas, shape, materials, radius, …and colors to

be used

Walls, doors, glass walls…: Indication of where they are located,

with views and cross sections where needed.
